ACT NOW to object to Hertsmere Council against the planning application.

Reasons to Object

  • Massive visual impact from four 39m towers, the height of a 12 story building, and a 137,000 sq, m floor area, the size of around 13 football pitches
  • Loss of Green Belt and excessively detrimental effect on landscape
  • Huge disruption along the A41 and traffic backup to Bushey, Radlett, Elstree and beyond from the 10 years construction period
  • Permanent ongoing nuisance during operation from noise and risks from fire hazard to residences only 10m away
  • Detrimental environmental impact on biodiversity, habitats, and water quality
  • Environmentally unsustainable design with energy use, water use and climate change impact all higher than current standards
